Want to report a pothole, streetlight outage, or graffiti? The South Bend 311 app makes reporting issues easier than ever. The app uses GPS to identify your location and allows you to snap a photo to add to your service request. Requests are automatically sent to the City’s 311 system and routed to the appropriate City department for resolution. Residents can track the status of their issues using the South Bend 311 app.
